Highway 99 slow lane to close temporarily Sunday in Fresno County

Road work will be performed Sunday morning on the slow lane of northbound Highway 99 between Kingsburg and Selma, the California Department of Transportation said.

The slow lane will be closed near Bethel and Kamm avenues from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. An emergency concrete slab will be replaced.

The scheduled construction may change due to weather.

Motorists are encouraged to take an alternate route and may experience traffic delays.
