Animal Rescue of Fresno to hold 'Sweetheart Breakfast'

Animal Rescue of Fresno is planning a "Sweetheart Breakfast" fundraiser Feb. 15 to benefit its no-kill animal adoption center.

The breakfast will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the rescue, 4545 E. Dakota Ave., Fresno.

Breakfast will include pancakes, frittata, fruit, ham, sausage, hash browns and other items.

The no-kill animal center will be open for tours and adoptions during the event. Adoptable pets can be viewed online at

Breakfast tickets may be pre-ordered for a discounted price of $10 for adults and $6 for children under 12 at the center during open hours, Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday through Sunday, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets are also available through the Paypal link at Type Sweetheart Breakfast in the memo option box.

Tickets purchased at the door the day of the event will be $12 for adults and $8 for children under 12.
