Fresno County Office of Education, Univision host student aid event

The Fresno County Office of Education and Univision will hold their fourth annual Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) event on Feb. 15.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at five locations, including Fresno State, West Hills College in Coalinga, the North District Center in Firebaugh, West Hills College in Lemoore and Reedley College.

Students who wish to participate must bring their Social Security card, driver's license, parents' 2013 federal income tax return if the student is a dependent and their FAFSA pin number if they have already registered for the 2014-15 school year.

Bilingual staff will be available at all locations to help families complete a variety of financial aid forms, including FAFSA and the Dream Act application.
