A Tulare County jury found Erika Espinoza, 22, of Visalia guilty of child molestation on Wednesday — including two counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child younger than 14, and one count of sexual intercourse.
The crimes happened against one child in Visalia between December 2011 and April 2012, according to the Tulare County District Attorney's Office.
Sentencing for Espinoza is set for March 7. She faces up to 10 years and eight months in state prison, and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
