A Fresno man pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court in Fresno to growing marijuana in Madera County, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
According to court documents, Thorn Meas, 43, and three other men were arrested in August 2012 after police found about 2,000 marijuana plants on the property.
Meas is scheduled to be sentenced April 14 and faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine. Two of the men arrested with Meas have pleaded guilty, while the third man is scheduled for trial in August.
