Madera Community Hospital has named a new chief executive officer, the hospital announced.
The new CEO is Mark J. Foote, who has been the nonprofit hospital's vice president-finance and chief financial officer for 11 years.
Foote will replace John W. Frye, who announced he will be retiring.
Foote was named to the post last week and will transition to his new position soon, according to Madera Community Hospital Board of Trustees Chairman Robert Poythress.
