Authorities are looking for whoever started four fires in and near Orange Cove Tuesday.
Orange Cove Fire Chief Ralph Michaels said that the first fire was started about 3 p.m. in the 400 block of Anchor Avenue near a canal in Orange Cove.
Shortly after that fire was extinguished, firefighters spotted three other fires just beyond the city limit in Fresno County, including an abandoned orchard in the 24000 block of East Adams Avenue. That fire burned about two and a half acres, Michaels said.
All the fires were extinguished before any structures were damage and nobody was injured, he said.
Several juveniles were questioned, but the case is still under investigation, Michaels said.
