One suspect was arrested while a second was being sought in a Visalia burglary.
A Visalia resident arrived home about 10 a.m. Friday and found two strangers trying to leave his driveway in a car. The homeowner tried to block in the car, and the vehicles collided as the suspects drove away.
The man followed the suspects for several blocks until they stopped their car near Encina Street and Kaweah Avenue and fled on foot.
Officers surrounded the area and located one suspect, who was then arrested. The 30-year-old man was booked into Tulare County Jail for burglary and vandalism.
The second suspect has not been identified and is still outstanding.
