Madera's Fourth Street on-ramp to southbound Highway 99 will be closed continuously starting Monday morning through Wednesday afternoon as construction crews work on the city's Fourth Street widening project.
The ramp will be closed starting at 7 a.m. Monday. It is expected to be reopened at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Project engineers are establishing I Street, west of Highway 99, as a detour route for drivers to get on the freeway at Madera Avenue.
