2014 Fresno Real Estate Forecast set for March 26

The 2014 Fresno Real Estate Forecast is just around the corner.

The annual event, now in its 11th year, brings local real estate experts together to share their knowledge of where the commercial, multifamily and residential markets stand and where they are headed.

The forecast, organized by the Economic Development Corporation serving Fresno County, will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on March 26 at the Radisson Conference Center in downtown Fresno.

The keynote speaker will be Luis A. Belmonte, principal at Seven Hills Properties in San Francisco, where he oversees neighborhood retail and multifamily residential development.

The local panel of speakers will include: Nick Audino of Newmark Grubb & Ellis; Scott Buchanan of Colliers International; Scott Leonard of Guarantee Real Estate; Robin Kane of Hendricks & Berkadia; Stanley Kjar of Pearson Realty; and Doug Cords of Commercial Retail Associates.
