The Fresno Fire Department and the Saint Agnes Holy Cross Center for Women worked together this week to deliver Christmas presents to hundreds of families all over Fresno.

On Monday, members of the fire department loaded an antique fire engine and made their last few deliveries, spokesman Koby Johns said.

He said that the fire department has partnered with the Holy Cross Center, a a refuge for homeless and underserved women and their children in downtown Fresno, in delivering gifts to families for 15 years. About 150 families and 500 children receive these gifts each year.
