Yosemite's Badger Pass delays opening

Yosemite's Badger Pass Ski Area did not open as scheduled Friday.

In a news release, spokeswoman Lisa Cesaro said the resort is still "one good storm away" from opening.

California's oldest ski resort does not have snowmaking but also requires less snow to operate than other areas. Adult season passes start at $149 and include a variety of park discounts.
