London Properties launches new website with fun search features

Fresno’s London Properties has revamped its website making it easier for homeowners to find a house for sale.

Using a mouse, buyers simply draw a shape around the neighborhood or area of their choice and the website pulls up all the houses within that shape for sale.

Big buttons and toggles in the search bar along the left hand of the screen also help make the process easier.

LondonProperties.com has map searches, easy to adjust price and search menus, crime reports by neighborhood, open house maps, saved searches and social sharing.

“If you like a house, you can share it on Facebook and get feedback from your friends,” said president and broker Patrick Conner. “It’s super easy.”

Nearly 2,000 people use the website every day, the company said. Annually, the site receives an average of 250,000 visitors, 600,000 visits and 10,000,000 pageviews.

The website was designed and programmed by London’s technology staff at Reliance Marketing.
