Gudelia Bustamante's special Thanksgiving

Gudelia Bustamante is home for the holidays, making a strong recovery from a rare heart and liver transplant. The 58-year-old Tulare woman is one of 12 California residents to receive such a transplant. A bad heart and an unrelated case of liver disease almost killed her, but the transplant save her. "It's a miracle," says her husband, Bob Bustamante.
