A Bulldog gang member was arrested Thursday in connection with a shooting in Fresno, police said.
On Monday, police went to Park and Belmont avenues about 1 p.m. where they found a man shot in the leg. The wounded man told officers a man "had shot him because he was walking through their territory," police said. He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center.
Police said the suspect, a 36-year-old Fresno man, saw himself on Crime Stoppers and turned himself into his probation officer. He was booked in Fresno County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
