A Kings County man has pleaded guilty to rape and child molestation and now faces life in prison, the Kings County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday.

Nestor Aguilera, 34, pleaded guilty to raping his girlfriend's 12-year-old daughter, and to lewd and lascivious acts with her 8-year-old sister.

He pleaded guilty on the first day of trial. Aguilera will be sentenced to 18 years to life in prison on Nov. 15, the District Attorney's Office said.

He moved into the girls' home as their mother's boyfriend and began molesting the 12-year-old at night while her mother was at work, the District Attorney's Office said.
