The Timberwolves, who also received a win from No. 1 doubles team Merica Jizmejian and Kinsley Reinhart, went 9-1 in TRAC play to share the title with defending Central Section Division I champ Buchanan, which closed with a 7-2 win over Clovis North.
Bullard and Memorial finished tied for the County/Metro Athletic Conference title at 9-1 after Chelsey Ruiz beat Kate Hoppe 6-3, 6-4 at No. 1 singles in the Knights' 6-2 win over Edison and Raquel Gonzales downed Aly Honore 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles in Memorial's 7-2 triumph over Sanger.
Lilly Moua defeated Savannah Sanchez 6-4, 6-4 to help Sunnyside wrap up a 10-0 run through the North Yosemite League with a 6-3 win over Reedley.
Keila Takeuchi, Jenna Scrivner and freshman Allyson Musser secured wins after 17 holes as Clovis West closed its ninth consecutive TRAC championship season with a 5 1/2-1/2 win over Clovis. The Golden Eagles, with five section titles and two runner-up finishes in seven years, will be the team to beat again as the postseason begins with the North Area Tournament at 10 a.m. Monday at Madera Municipal Golf Course.
Katelyn Anderson had 15 kills, Madison Ekizian 40 assists and El Diamante — ranked No. 2 in the section by The Bee — swept past Golden West 25-10, 25-12, 25-16 in the West Yosemite League.
Riley Winden, a junior who entered with 26 kills on the season, delivered a season-high nine to go with the 22 by Hailey Smith and 12 from Nicole Otta as No. 4 Clovis West pulled out a 20-25, 26-24, 25-19, 18-25, 15-13 TRAC win over No. 8 Buchanan. Taylor Mounts had 21 kills for the Bears.
Maddie Ogas had 17 kills and 13 digs and Jasmine Phoolka added 13 kills, 21 digs and three aces as No. 7 Clovis rallied for a 17-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-18 win over No. 15 Central in the TRAC. Kandasya Ledisev had 22 kills, 10 digs, two aces and a block for the Grizzlies.
Haley Dyson contributed 18 digs and 29 assists to CMAC co-leading Bullard's 25-19, 25-15, 25-22 win over Sanger.
Katie Grant did it all with 10 kills, 38 digs, nine blocks and five aces as Division V No. 1 Minarets beat Fresno Christian 25-13, 25-7, 20-25, 25-16 in the West Sequoia League.

Defending Division I champion Buchanan finished the first half of TRAC play 5-0 after getting five goals from Max Cusator in a 22-3 victory over Clovis East.
Sam Peckinpah's four goals led Redwood past Mt. Whitney 13-11, keeping the Rangers (6-0) undefeated in WYL play.
