A Fresno man was arrested in Oklahoma in connection with a murder in Biola from last July, the Fresno County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.
On July 5, deputies found Edward Garcia, 33, lying in a Biola alleyway with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where he died.
Authorities identified Bee Vue, 21, as responsible for Garcia's death after a citizen watched video surveillance and identified Vue as a suspect, the sheriff's office said.
Detectives soon learned Vue was already in custody on an unrelated murder in Tulsa, Okla., the sheriff's office said.
Vue will be returned to Fresno County but no date has been set, the sheriff's office said.
