A third suspect in the case of a Fresno State freshman who died after a fraternity hazing was in court Friday.

Aaron Raymo, 24, agreed to conditions from Judge Dennis Peterson not to to drink alcohol or be at a business where the main item of sale is alcoholic beverages.

Raymo's appearance cleared a warrant issued for his arrest. His two co-defendants, Daniel Baker, 22, and Leonard Serrato, 28, previously had their arrest warrants cleared.

The three are charged with misdemeanor hazing and furnishing alcohol to minors during a fraternity pledge party Aug. 31. Philip Dhanens, 18, died two days after the party from consumption of large amounts of hard liquor.

Arraignment for the three men is scheduled for April 16.
