The MLS Disciplinary Committee has fined New England Revolution midfielder Juan Toja an undisclosed amount on Thursday for embellishment intended to deceive the referee in the 42nd minute of the club's match against Philadelphia Union on March 16.

It was also announced that Chivas USA assistant coach Walter Fleita has been fined $500 for irresponsible behavior in the technical area during the game against Los Angeles Galaxy on March 17.

Fleita's dismissal from the touchline carries an automatic one-game suspension and $500 fine, so he will serve the suspension during Chivas USA's match against the Chicago Fire on Sunday. His total fine amounts to $1,000.
