  Police describe Volarat as Asian, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with a tattoo of a dragon on his right arm. He sometimes walks with a limp.

  A Fresno County judge delayed for two weeks an arraignment for the parents and sister of Spencer Scarber on charges of allegedly helping the convicted rapist escape to Mexico.

  The delay was sought because the sister, Crystal Reynoso, and mother, Gail Scarber, have not hired lawyers, said Marshall Hodgkins, the lawyer for father Kyle Scarber.

  They are accused of three felony counts for allegedly planning and assisting in the escape of 20-year-old Spencer Scarber days before he was convicted of rape in a Fresno County courtroom.
