A giant inflatable Super Colon about 35 feet long at Care California Cancer Associates for Research and Excellence gave the public a chance to look inside the human body Tuesday.
Nurse Lisa Hullinger said the one-day installation was an educational experience to show people the risks for ignoring colonoscopies. "It sounds horrible, walking through a big blowup colon, but once they go in there they understand the importance," added Hullinger.
