The Fresno Irrigation District will begin water deliveries April 1 to the northwest and east side of the district. Deliveries to the rest of the district will begin April 16.

The delivery season is expected to run until the end of July.

The Kings River runoff is predicted to be only 57% of average due to a below-average snowpack in the Sierra Nevada, said general manager Gary Serrato.

For more information, call the district office at (559) 233-7161.
