Kevin Streelman collected his first PGA Tour title on Sunday and that helped him soar 131 places in this week's world golf rankings.

Streelman comes in at No. 74 in the new rankings after starting the year ranked No. 225.

The top 20 saw little change. Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods remained Nos. 1 and 2, but Woods could pass McIlroy with a win this week at Bay Hill. Following them were Luke Donald, Brandt Snedeker, Justin Rose, Louis Oosthuizen, Adam Scott, Steve Stricker, Matt Kuchar and Phil Mickelson, who remained third through 10th.

Ian Poulter and Lee Westwood exchanged positions from last week with Poulter up to No. 11. Bubba Watson was 13th again this week and followed by Keegan Bradley and Graeme McDowell. Sergio Garcia inched up one to 16 and that bumped Charl Schwartzel down to 17, while Jason Dufner and Webb Simpson stayed put in 18th and 19th.

For the second straight week Peter Hanson and Dustin Johnson flip-flopped positions. This time Johnson move up to 20th and pushed Hanson down one to 21st.

Thomas Aiken won the European Tour event in India and moved up 39 places to No. 90, while Jaco Van Zyl claimed his second Sunshine Tour event of the year and improved 21 spots to No. 84.
