Fresno roadwork: Fowler Ave. closures set for water work

Lane closures are planned on Fowler Avenue through the intersection with Kings Canyon Road and the intersection's stoplights will be on all-way flash during a water-improvement project.

The lanes will be closed and the stoplight will be on all-way flash today through Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Lane closures set for Brawley Ave. work

Street maintenance will prompt intermittent lane closures today on southbound Brawley Avenue between Shaw and Gettysburg avenues.

The closures will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., and detours will be in place in both directions.

Hwy. 41 lanes closed for weed control

The slow lanes on Highway 41 from Avenue 12 to Cedar Valley Road in Madera County will be closed today through Wednesday for weed-control spraying.

The closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route or allow additional time for their morning or afternoon commute.
