GV Urban, a division of Granville Homes, is inviting the public to put hard hats on and tour its newest residential project in downtown Fresno on Saturday.

Tours will be every 20 minutes between 10 a.m. and noon at the 30-unit 1612 Fulton development, on Fulton Avenue between San Joaquin and Calaveras streets. Closed-toe shoes are required. Hard hats will be provided.

The complex is GV Urban's fourth downtown residential project. It is expected to be finished this summer. For more, visit gvurban.com.
