Elvis Andrus went 2-for-3 with an RBI double as the Texas Rangers took a 6-2 victory over the Oakland Athletics in Thursday's spring training action.

Starting pitcher Randy Wells tossed five innings of one-run ball for Texas, which received an RBI apiece from Ian Kinsler, Yangervis Solarte, Lance Berkman, Adrian Beltre and Mitch Moreland.

Oakland starter Dan Straily was tagged for four runs -- two earned -- over three innings. Josh Reddick clubbed a solo homer and Michael Taylor had an RBI single in the setback.
