Corey Dickerson's sacrifice fly brought home the go-ahead score as the Rockies plated three runs in the top of the ninth to down the Los Angeles Angels, 8-6, in spring training action on Saturday.

Dickerson had an RBI single earlier and Nolan Arenado had a two-run double for the Rockies, who also saw Troy Tulowitzki go 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two runs scored.

Both starters struggled, with Colorado's Juan Nicasio allowing four runs on seven hits in 3 2/3 innings. Angels starter Jason Vargas was tagged for four runs on eight hits in three innings of work.

Albert Pujols hit a solo homer and Kole Calhoun had a two-run shot for the Los Angeles. Peter Bourjos contributed two hits and had a two-run triple in the defeat.
