Roberto Perez hit the go-ahead homer in the top of the ninth inning, as Cleveland slipped past San Francisco, 4-3, in Cactus League play.

Nick Swisher and Juan Diaz also went deep for the Tribe, who got three innings of five-hit, scoreless ball from starter Daisuke Matsuzaka.

Brandon Crawford launched a two-run shot and Brandon Belt hit a solo homer for the Giants.

Madison Bumgarner got the start, allowing three hits and one run over two innings. Dan Otero suffered the loss after giving up the Perez blast.
