Three thieves are being sought for stealing three high-end bicycles from Steven's Bicycles in Clovis on Thursday morning, police said.

Police spokeswoman Janet Stoll-Lee said surveillance video shows the suspects riding their own bikes on the Sugar Pine Trail near Willow and Nees avenues prior to the early morning break-in.

The suspects shattered the front glass doors to the store and ran out with three road racers -- two black and white Focus Izalcos and one black BMC -- valued around $13,000, Stoll-Lee said. The theft happened just before 5 a.m.

A resident of a neighborhood northwest of the shopping center said he saw the three suspects stuff the stolen bikes into the back of a station wagon or hatch back parked in front of a vacant home, Stoll-Lee said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Clovis police at (559) 324-2800 or CrimeStoppers at (559) 498-STOP to remain anonymous.
