Fresno updates list of 5 worst auto thieves

Fresno police Wednesday updated their list of the city's top five auto thieves.

All five of the suspects are wanted by the department's Career Criminal Auto Theft Team and police want help finding them, said Sgt. Tim Tietjen, head of the unit.

-- Ralph Jasso, 37, who is sought on three outstanding warrants, tops the list. Jasso is 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He operates throughout Fresno county, police say.

-- Victor Portillo, 27, has six outstanding warrants and was arrested six times in 2012 on auto theft charges. He has operated in southwest and southeast Fresno. Portillo is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 255 pounds. He is sought on six warrants.

-- Jason Perez, 18, is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He is wanted in connection with multiple auto thefts.

-- Guadalupe Delgado, 21, was arrested six times in 2012 and is sought on a warrant. She is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.

-- Rodney Jones, 33, is 6 feet tall and weighs 187 pounds. He was arrested five times in 2012 and is wanted on three warrants.
