Officials from Habitat for Humanity Fresno County hosted a surprise announcement Saturday for three families that have been selected to receive Habitat homes.

The homes will start going up in late February as part of a 24-unit subdivision in Clovis called Rialto Ranch.

The land was provided by the Clovis Community Development Agency.
