-- Grade: Senior
-- Position: Tight end
-- What got him here: A big target (6-5, 215) that Bee Player of the Year Christian Rossi rarely missed, he caught 58 passes for 871 yards and 10 touchdowns, and also teamed with fellow Bee All-Star Josh Lovingood in double tight end formations to spring 1,000-yard running backs Carson Guzman and Bolu Olorunfunmi. "I wouldn't doubt seeing David play on Sundays (in the NFL)," Broncos coach Cory Hall says. "He has the physical capability." Next: San Diego State.
-- School: Clovis North
-- Grade: Junior
-- Position: Line
-- What got him here: A close runner-up to teammate Christian Rossi for The Bee's Player of the Year, he closed a four-year career as a dominating force as an offensive guard and defensive end while helping power the 12-2 Broncos to their second straight section title -- D-II in 2011 and D-I this season. "He was tenacious and smart with a high motor and almost unblockable," coach Cory Hall says.
-- School: Edison
-- Grade: Junior
-- Position: Line
-- What got him here: All-County/Metro Athletic Conference selection, at 6-0, 275, was a manchild while starting both ways, including offensive guard, where he helped plow the way for 1,000-yard backs Blake Wright and Kevin Nutt on a 9-4, co-league titlist.
-- School: Bullard
-- Grade: Junior
-- Position: Line
-- What got him here: County/Metro Athletic Conference Outstanding Lineman stood on the sideline only for the national anthem. He played both guard and tackle on offense and tackle on defense for an 8-4 team that tied Sanger and Edison for the league crown.
-- School: Fowler
-- Grade: Senior
-- Position: Line
-- What got him here: Repeat Bee All-Star departs as the most accomplished lineman in Redcats history. The 6-2, 280-pounder finished a three-year career by playing guard and tackle on offense and tackle on defense, where he made 116 tackles, including seven sacks. He also made Cal-Hi Sports All-State Small Schools team. Next: Nevada.
-- School: Central
-- Grade: Junior
-- Position: All-purpose
-- What got him here: It didn't count when he returned two kickoffs for touchdowns in an August scrimmage against Bullard, but it opened a conduit for three months of electricity for an 11-3 team that finished second to Clovis North for the D-I title. Aptly named, he scored touchdowns five ways -- receiving (six), rushing (two), interception return (two), punt return (one) and kickoff return (one).
-- School: Clovis
-- Grade: Senior
-- Position: Kicker
-- What got him here: Closed a three-year career by making nine field goals and 26 of 30 PATs, establishing along the way a section record with 63 consecutive successful PATs for a 9-2 team and 5-0 TRAC champion.
