JAMIEANN BERO

School: Buchanan

Grade: Senior

Position: Middle hitter

By the numbers: Capped three-year career with 232 kills (.301 hitting efficiency), 101 digs, 62 blocks and 33 aces. Averaged 8.9 kills per TRAC match.

Accomplishments: First-team All-TRAC, helped Buchanan capture share of league crown and finish as section D-I semifinalist in 25-8 season.

MAGGIE BILLINGSLEY

School: Lemoore

Grade: Junior

Position: Setter

By the numbers: Had 536 assists (8.7 per set), 168 digs, 40 kills and 35 aces. Season-high 52 assists in five-set win over WYL co-champion El Diamante.

Accomplishments: Voted MVP of WYL after leading Tigers to share of crown and section D-II runner-up finish during 25-6 season.

BISSIE DENHARTOG

School: Buchanan

Grade: Senior

Position: Setter

By the numbers: Effectively fed multi-faceted offense, finishing third season with 630 assists. Also had 119 digs, 11 aces and nine blocks. Had 38 assists in five-set win over TRAC co-champ Clovis West.

Accomplishments: TRAC co-MVP with Clovis West's McKenzie Jacobson after helping Bears tie for the league title and reach section D-I semifinals during a 25-8 season.

KATIE DUNBAR-LOWE

School: Clovis West

Grade: Senior

Position: Outside hitter

By the numbers: Finished with 221 kills and 55 blocks. Converted 46% of attacks. Season-highs of 15 kills and six aces in five-set win over Buchanan.

Accomplishments: First-team All-TRAC pick for 28-13 Clovis West that captured second straight league (tie with Buchanan) and section championships. Provided 12 kills and four blocks in five-set comeback against Liberty in section D-I final.

TAYLOR FERDINANDSEN

School: Clovis West

Grade: Senior

Position: Libero

By the numbers: Was offense's ignition switch, handling 40% of team's serve receives. Also converted more than 96% of her serves. Had 687 digs, including 26 in five-set rally over Liberty in section D-I final.

Accomplishments: Second-team All-TRAC selection's passing, coach Rhonda DeRuiter said, was major factor in success of a 28-13 season that included second straight league (tie with Buchanan) and section championships.

EMMA GASMAN

School: Buchanan

Grade: Senior

Position: Middle hitter

By the numbers: Led Bears offense with 272 kills (on .404 hitting efficiency) while also recording 80 digs, 29 blocks and 23 aces in finale of four-year career. Had 20 kills in four-set win over Central.

Accomplishments: First-team All-TRAC for second straight season after helping Bears win share of league title and reach section D-I semifinals during a 25-8 season.

HAILEY JENNINGS

School: Sanger

Grade: Senior

Position: Outside hitter

By the numbers: Had 443 kills, 543 digs and 41 aces. Averaged more than 22 kills and 22 digs per County/Metro Athletic Conference match.

Accomplishments: CMAC MVP after leading Apaches to league title. Helped Sanger reach quarterfinals of section D-II playoffs. Also first-team All-CMAC past three seasons.

BECCA QUIST

School: Central

Grade: Senior

Position: Outside hitter

By the numbers: Three-year standout had 129 kills (3.0 per set), 121 digs, 10 aces, three blocks and only 17 errors in 221 serves received in 10 TRAC matches. The Grizzlies did not keep complete season statistics. Had 20 kills and 20 digs in five-set win over Clovis.

Accomplishments: Filled leadership void after seven seniors graduated and led Grizzlies to 25-13 season that included a tie for third in TRAC and a spot in section D-I semifinals. First-team All-TRAC pick.

MELISSA SAMANIEGO

School: Woodlake

Grade: Junior

Position: Middle hitter

By the numbers: Intimidating presence in the middle had 325 kills (3.5 per set), 107 blocks and 45 aces in third season. Had 20 or more kills in a match four times.

Accomplishments: East Sequoia League MVP helped carry Woodlake to league and section D-IV titles. Recorded 25 kills and four blocks in five-set thriller for section title, then delivered 15 kills as Tigers won CIF SoCal Regional opener.

RACHAEL SCHAEFER

School: El Diamante

Grade: Junior

Position: Outside hitter

By the numbers: Go-to hitter finished second season with 329 kills (3.5 per set) to go along with 65 digs, 33 aces, 25 blocks and 95% serving percentage. Had season-high 24 kills in five-set win over Golden West.

Accomplishments: First-team All-WYL for Miners, who went 27-4, shared league title with Lemoore and then swept Tigers for section D-II title. Had 13 kills, three aces in final to help deliver El Diamante's first section volleyball title.

KAITLYN STANLEY

School: Clovis North

Grade: Senior

Position: Libero

By the numbers: After starting as freshman middle blocker, Stanley settled in at libero in final season, recording team-high 668 digs (6.1 per set), 36 aces and 22 kills.

Accomplishments: First-team All-TRAC selection helped Clovis North go 20-17 and reach section quarterfinals during school's first appearance in D-I.

MERANDA WATKINS

School: Hoover

Grade: Senior

Position: Outside hitter

By the numbers: Had 533 kills (4.9 per set), 468 digs, 98 aces and 19 blocks. Amassed 1,352 kills in four-year career while helping elevate Hoover from sub-.500 record her freshman year to section champion as senior.

Accomplishments: North Yosemite League MVP for second straight year, Watkins helped Hoover go 25-11 while winning the league and section D-III titles. Had 19 kills, 16 digs and three aces in 3-1 win over Redwood in final.

JUSTINE WILLIAMS

School: Madera South

Grade: Senior

Position: Opposite hitter/middle blocker

By the numbers: Despite missing 11 games with injury, recorded 294 kills, 302 digs, 38 blocks and 30 assists. Season-high 28 kills in four-set victory over eventual CMAC champion Sanger.

Accomplishments: First-team All-CMAC for runner-up Stallions, who finished 18-14 and reached section D-II quarterfinals. Key contributor to Madera South's D-III championship team in 2010.
