A reception and news conference was held announcing the completion and pending sale of two homes in the Lowell neighborhood that were recently refurbished.

The effort stemmed from a collaboration between the City of Fresno, Fresno Housing Authority, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Fresno City College.

Fresno City College students did most of the work through the ReConstruction Training Program, which trains students in home construction.
