BOYS WATER POLO

  • Defending Central Section Division I champion Clovis West rode four goals from Ting Williams to a 17-5 Tri-River Athletic Conference win over Clovis East.
  • Brent Teraoka scored three goals and Taylor Smith made 19 saves as last season's D-I runner-up Buchanan downed reigning D-II champ Clovis North 10-5 in the TRAC.
  • Aidan Feigel's six goals helped Sanger improve to 8-0 with a County/Metro Athletic Conference-opening 16-3 win over Edison.

GIRLS WATER POLO

  • Defending D-I champ Clovis received three goals apiece from Ashlee Coleman and Monica Orona in a 12-4 TRAC win against Clovis East.
  • Mary Brooks scored eight goals as 2011 D-I runner-up Clovis West downed Clovis East 12-4 in the TRAC.

  • Emily Imfeld's three goals led Sanger over Edison 9-4 in the CMAC.
