Fire damages Visalia elementary school

Fire caused about $130,000 of damage to a Visalia elementary school late Friday night, the Fire Department said Saturday.

The fire at a Linwood Elementary School modular classroom was reported about 9:35 p.m. Firefighters had the blaze under control in about 20 minutes. The classroom sustained fire, smoke and water damage.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

No one was injured.
