He's qualified because: Tucked into the Central Section's northwest, but no secret from Chowchilla to Bakersfield, the North Sequoia League Player of the Year and early Fresno State commit went 11-1 with a 1.27 ERA and 159 strikeouts in 77 1/3 innings for the 22-9-1 Division IV champs. He also hit .404 with seven home runs.
