He's qualified because: Dynamic 6-foot-5 offensive player who struck a variety of sets, he was the go-to offensive player and team leader in hitting percentage (.484) and blocks (55) for 36-6 squad that finished second to Buchanan in Tri-River Athletic Conference and Central Section, and finished 30th-ranked nationally by ESPNHS. The Golden Eagles lost five times to nationally ranked teams -- to No. 4 Otay Ranch-Chula Vista, three five-set decisions to No. 16 Buchanan, and to No. 31 Granite Bay.
