He's qualified because: Earned the Central Section D-I silver in the 100 free (46.39), finishing 0.18 seconds off the consideration All-America mark, and placed fourth in the 50 free (21.60). Was also the leadoff member of Golden Eagles' champion 200 free (an All-American 1:25.19, 0.05 seconds off the section record) and 400 free (an All-American and section record 3:05.17) relays. "He's a naturally gifted kid," Clovis West coach Adam Reid said. "If you asked for an Olympic body, physique, Brock has it." The 6-foot-6 Ivancovich, who was second in the 50 and 100 free at the Clovis West Invitational, has signed to play water polo at UC Irvine.
