Events: 200 IM, 100 breast, 200 free relay, 400 free relay

He's qualified because: Broke the Central Section D-II record while winning the 200 individual medley in 1:55.97, the second-fastest time overall when combined with the D-I finals. Rhea also won the 100 breast (1:00.29, sixth-fastest overall finals time) and he set the D-II record with a 59.61 in the preliminaries. Owns school records in the 100 free, 100 back, 200 IM and as a part of the 200 free and 500 free relays, and set East Yosemite League records in the 200 IM and 100 back. "He's completely dedicated to swimming," Mustangs coach Dave Hodge said. "Year-round, he's working his tail off. He sets goals each and every practice and meet."
