Bank of the Sierra will move its Clovis branch later this summer.

The bank will move to 1835 E. Shaw Ave., at the northeast corner of Shaw and Fowler avenues.

The new branch offers easier access and higher visibility, James C. Holly, president and CEO, said in a news release.

The switch will happen over Labor Day weekend. The bank will close the existing location on Clovis Avenue north of Shaw Avenue Aug. 31 and reopen in the new spot Sept. 4.
