He’s qualified because: Two-time all-league selection led County/Metro Athletic Conference runner-up and Division I quarterfinalist Knights with nine goals and four assists. Recorded 16 goals and six assists in three varsity seasons. Likely headed to Fresno City College, but with a 6-foot-2 frame and good speed, Culwell has potential to play NCAA Division I soccer, according to Bullard coach Igal Francis.
