He’s qualified because: A success story hidden in south Tulare County, the East Yosemite League Defensive Player of the Year made 174 tackles for an 8-4 team that placed fourth in the conference. Coach Rich Steward better explains it: “Dustin grew up in a foster home, doesn’t know his mom and dad, has a 3.8 GPA and never missed practice. I’ve bought him more breakfast than I have my own son.”
