She's qualified because: A second-team Bee All-Star as a freshman, she was at her best early, clocking 18:25 at the Clovis Invitational for the section's third-best time of the season. She ran 18:29 while finishing runner-up to Bee Runner of the Year Hagen Reedy of Buchanan in the TRAC, helped the Broncos to a second-straight D-II title and placed 44th in the state D-II race (19:00).
