The following places will be closed or not operating Monday in observance of Christmas:

Cities of Fresno, Clovis, Porterville, Tulare, Visalia, Hanford and Madera

County and federal offices

Courts

Counties of Fresno, Porterville, Tulare and Madera libraries

Kings County Library (closed Dec. 24-Jan. 3)

Tulare City Library

U.S. Postal Service

Banks

Porterville city library

Clovis Transit

The following places will be operating on Monday:

Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Madera and Tulare waste collections

Hanford waste collection (Tuesday-Thursday one-day delay)

Fresno Area Express (no service Dec. 25 and weekend service Dec. 26)

Porterville Colt (Saturday service hours)

Tulare City Transit

Visalia City Coach (6:15 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.)

Kings Area Rural Transit (Saturday service hours)

Madera Dial-A-Ride
