Lenny Papulias, of Pappy’s Fine Foods in Fresno, has been head chef for more than 26 years at the annual Clovis Senior Center Thanksgiving dinner.

He was busy Thursday morning preparing all the fixings.

But Papulias said that this year would be his last as he turns over the cooking duties in order to spend more time with family.

Shonna Halterman, general services manager for the center, was expecting to serve about 300 Thanksgiving meals.
