If you are planning to see one of Thursday's midnight screenings of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1," you are not alone. According to Fandango, 27 midnight showings of the latest film in the "Twilight" franchise have sold out in Fresno.

Edwards Fresno Stadium 22 & IMAX leads the way with 21 of its screenings filled. Both Broadway Faire and Manchester Theaters had seats left on Tuesday, as did the Sierra Vista 16 in Clovis.

In Visalia, six midnight screenings at the Regal Visalia Stadium 10 had sold out.

The central San Joaquin Valley isn't the only place that has "Twilight" fever. More than 2,500 showtimes across the United States have already sold out, and there could be more as theaters scramble to add additional screenings. "Breaking Dawn – Part 1" currently represents 93% of ticket sales on Fandango.
