Three employees of Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group passed the California Professional Engineers Exam. The three newly licensed engineers are Micah Bowman, Alex Collins and Derek Lapsley.

HealthCare California has been designated a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The national program assists veteran-owned businesses.

Daniel O. Jamison, attorney with Dowling, Aaron & Keeler, has been named in the upcoming 2012 Marquis Who's Who in America (for the 12th straight year) and Who's Who in the World.

Catherine Huerta, the recently retired director of the Fresno County Department of Social Services, was appointed to the Fresno Council on Child Abuse Prevention board of directors.

Fresno based Lars Andersen & Associates, Inc. is celebrating 70 years of civil engineering and design. Jovi Torio, a senior team member at Lars Andersen & Associates, passed the California exam to become a qualified storm water pollution prevention plan developer and practitioner.

New Faces

JP Marketing, a full-service Fresno advertising agency, has added four employees: Lisa Dakin as operations assistant, Rae Pardini as account assistant and Bryan Pickens and Michael Uribes as graphic designers.

Glenda Greene has joined Keller Williams Realty Fresno.

Family HealthCare Network added Soquel Jackson as a family nurse practitioner at the Woodlake health center, Eric Joo as a dentist at the Porterville health center and Jonathan Savage as a dentist at the Hanford health center.

Lynette Garabedian has joined Valley Yellow Pages as marketing manager.

Promotions

Michael Lulejian was named vice president of the Life Insurance & Annuity Divisions for Producers Financial Group, West.

Dawn P. Crusinberry was named vice president, controller at Central Valley Community Bank. She has been with the company since 2000.

Ryan Stiner was named personal banker for the Clovis branch of Bank of America. He joined Bank of America in January as a teller.
