He's qualified because: Finished tied for fourth in the Central Section championships with a 76 and eighth in the North Area championships.
Became the Tri-River Athletic Conference co-Player of the Year with a scoring average of 75.
He said it: "Chad worked hard in the offseason and it paid off. ... Length-wise, he just really made great strides this past season. ... He's a good guy to have in your group.
